We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship all our orders using B-Post. 

Estimated delivery times:

·       Other EU countries: 2-10 business days

·       UK: 2-10 business days

·       USA, Canada: 10-15 business days

·       Australia: 2-3 weeks

·       Japan: 1-2 weeks

·       China: 2-6 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4.    Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your shipment.

5.    Damaged or lost packages

We carefully package all orders and ship them with a warranty. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@stefanmartens.be, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

6.    Incorrect shipping adress

Please check if the provided shipping adress is correct. Additional costs resulting from incorrect adress information may be charged to the customer.
